VIII- Delivery
All our deliveries will be made by Colissimo, the delivery time is 4 to 5 working days, it will obviously vary depending on the activity of the forwarding agents. The ordered product is sent by the postal circuit, in colissimo followed, to the delivery address indicated by the customer. The customer has 15 days to return his package, any return is at his expense.
The Delivery charges applicable to the Order are those mentioned on the Site at the time of the Order in the "Delivery and Returns" section.
For a delivery in France, the shipping cost will be 8€ for a Colissimo delivery.
For the international, the rates vary according to the delivery zone and according to the weight of the parcel, in this way :
- Europe: between 15€ and 21€ depending on the country
- DOM : 22€.
- North America, Asia, Russia & Israel: €31
- Rest of the world: between 35€ and 39€.
As an exception, the risk is transferred to the Customer when the Product is handed over to the carrier when the carrier is entrusted with the transport by the Customer and not by Les Récupérables. The Products ordered will be shipped to the Delivery address indicated during the ordering process. In the event of an error in the wording of the contact details, shall Les Récupérablesnot be held liable for the impossibility to deliver the Product(s) ordered. If the information is erroneous or if no withdrawal is made, the Customer may contact Les Récupérables to organize a new shipment at his expense of his Order. In order for these deadlines to be met, the Customer must ensure that he has provided accurate and complete information concerning the Delivery address (such as, in particular: street, building, staircase number, access codes, names and/or intercom numbers, etc.). shall Les Récupérablesnot be held responsible for any delay in delivery that is not due to his fault or justified by a case of force majeure and for any harmful consequences resulting from a delay in delivery, only the reimbursement of the Product by Les Récupérables being possible to the exclusion of any other form of compensation.
IX - Refunds and Returns
Every consumer has a right of withdrawal. The use of the right of withdrawal must be notified in advance by e-mail to the following address: [email protected]. The right of withdrawal is exercised without penalty. In case of use of this right by the Customer, the Product must be returned to Les Récupérables within 15 (fifteen) days (beginning on the day of receipt of the Products). Beyond this period, the sale is firm and final. The Product must be returned in its original packaging, in its original condition, new, unworn, unwashed. Reimbursement is subject to the following conditions Les Récupérables was able to recover the Products initially delivered. Unless the Customer wishes otherwise, Les Récupérables makes the refund using the same means of payment that was used for the transaction.
The return of the Products is at the Customer's expense if the place of Delivery is in France and abroad is at the Customer's risk. If the Customer fails to comply with these GCS, the Customer shall Les Récupérablesnot be entitled to a refund for the Products concerned. In all cases, the costs of return are the responsibility of the Recoverables if the Product delivered to the Customer is different from the Product ordered or if it is delivered damaged.
